These bags are made from mediumweight black canvas and measure 9" square with 3 eyelets and a zipper in the back for filling. Excellent for attaching to a tree, wall or training dummy. Fill with rice, dried beans, peas, iron shot or bbs. Do not fill with sand (sand is too course).  See also 3 Section Makiwara Bags.
