Dummy, Compact w/ Frame

 		 Our new Compact Dummy comes complete with wall mount frame and instructions for assembly. This dummy is beautifully hand crafted with a solid Douglas Fir core and a 1.50" thick hard wood outer layer of Ash on the surface. Ash is as hard as red oak and is used in the manufacturing of baseball bats and axe handles, making our trunks much more resiliant to surface cracking. This dummy is great when space is limited and the design gives you the feel of our full size dummy for alot less money. A much better alternative to just a flat board dummy. The dummy is constructed of nine boards, glued and pressed together. This lamination process is similar in design to plywood and is stronger than traditional log dummies making it less likely to crack or split.

This dummy measures 57" high X 38" wide (assembled) and is 9" in diameter. There is 8.5" from mid arm to upper arm and from mid arm to leg and approximately 4" of space between the back of the dummy to the wall and 8.5" from the wall to dummy front. The width is exactly half of a full sized dummy which is 4.5". The arms are 100% Ash and measure 12.5" long and are off set. The arm pegs measure 1.5" X 2". The leg is 4" x 4" ash wood. The Recoil Reaction Dummy w/ Stand is one of our newest and most exciting training tools we’ve ever had to offer! This patent pending design takes your Wooden Dummy training to the next level by applying tension and recoil to your dummy. Little assembly is required and easily mounts to your wall or wooden post. This is also a great space saving stand. Out of all of our dummies, this one takes up the least amount of room.

The two main principles this stand offers you is recoil and reaction. Recoil, in that it will always recoil back to the center position after released. This means the deflection of the arms when blocked provide energy back toward you as in defending an actual strike. Reaction, in that you develop faster reflexes due to the fact that the dummy will “hit you back”. This is an excellent tool for the serious practitioner who is looking to take their skills to the next level!

Dummy, Modern Freestand Mook Jong w/ Stand

 		 This dummy is a traditional Wing Chun style dummy with a few modern improvements! No mounting or large frame required which is ideal when space is limited! It is beautifully handcrafted with a solid Douglas Fir core and a 1.5" thick outer hard wood layer of Ash. Ash is as hard as red oak and is used in the manufacturing of baseball bats and axe handles making our trunks much more resilient to surface cracking. It is constructed of nine boards, glued and pressed together. This process is similar in design to plywood and is less likely to split or crack.

The rear platform weight tray can be loaded with a plastic tote filled with 200 lbs. of sand bags, cinder blocks or metal weights or can be mounted directly to the floor. Standard stand option includes two 3/4" plates allowing height adjustment from 5’ 8" to 5’ 11", or use one of our other height options to customize your dummy to your height. Front of base width is 11". Back width is 36". Front to back of base is 35 1/2". All of our dummies are interchangeable with any of our stands.
