The soft spar escrima sticks are excellent as they have held up to some tough contact and don't leave any bruises at all. They have taken my JKD training to a new level, as I can effectively and safely practice stick striking. My instructor is now interested in getting a pair as is every other person at my school who has seen them! Thanks for the great product. Doug - New York
